Student-Led School Assemblies
Date: Twice termly
Time: 9:30 am
At our school, we believe in empowering our students to take an active role in our school community. Twice a term, our students proudly present the school assembly, showcasing their talents, leadership, and creativity. These assemblies provide an opportunity for students to share important announcements, celebrate achievements, and engage with their peers through performances, presentations, and collaborative activities.
Our student-led assemblies foster a strong sense of community, responsibility, and confidence, allowing students to develop public speaking skills and teamwork. We encourage all families and community members to join us in celebrating the vibrant spirit of our school during these special gatherings.
Tiny Treasures Kindergarten Transition Program
Date: Term 3 - 4
Time: To be advised each year
Our Tiny Treasures Kindergarten Transition Program is specially designed to support and welcome our youngest learners as they prepare to begin their exciting journey at school. This program offers a warm, nurturing environment where children can explore, play, and learn alongside their peers, helping them to build confidence and develop essential social and early learning skills.
Through a range of fun and engaging activities, our Tiny Treasures program helps children become familiar with the school setting, routines, and expectations, making the transition to Kindergarten smooth and enjoyable. We also provide families with information and support to ensure they feel connected and prepared for this important milestone.
At our school, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive experience for every child, and the Tiny Treasures Kinder Transition Program is the first step in building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
P&C meeting
Date: Third Wednesday of each month during school term.
Time: 6.00 pm
Our P&C meetings are an important opportunity for families to get involved in the life of our school. These meetings provide a platform for parents, carers, and community members to discuss school initiatives, share ideas, and collaborate on ways to support our students and school community.
We warmly encourage and welcome all families to attend. Your participation helps strengthen the connection between home and school, ensuring that the voices of our families are heard in important decisions and activities.
Whether you are new to the school or have been part of our community for some time, your involvement is valued and makes a positive difference. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!
